ALEXANDER SKARSGARD IS IN USE - CHANGING HIS PB TO JOSH HOLLOWAY
she's got a steady boyfriend but things are going to go a little downhill as soon as she hits alpine heights. em is in alpine heights to attempt to stop her sister from having relations with their sisters killer, it's a completely complicated ordeal and em in under the impression that he's somehow gotten under her skin and it telling her some kind of bullshit so she'll forgive him and give in to him. this is causing some major stress on the home front with the boyfriend, and the two of them seem to be spending more and more time apart. with things being so shaky on the boyfriend front, and em trying to help her sister out of the mess she's created for herself she meets someone - completely unintentionally, when looking for her sister one night her car breaks down and a man stops to help her out. em isn't exactly the trusting type, she's had bad experiences in her life - a sister murdered, her father committed suicide and other issues that have stemmed from that situation. she's not exactly willing to let this guy help her out in the middle of no where. things seem to get a little heated between the two, when she refuses to let him help her out and instead insists on calling her boyfriend - and when she tries to flag down another car, he doesn't seem to want that, but he makes a move to get her car fixed and work under the hood.
his plans weren't exactly to help her out, he's got a past that he's not exactly willing to open up about and a future thats completely unclear. he's a murderer, the exact type of man her sister is growing attached to. he had planned on killing her that night, but when she refuses to let him help, and fights against him, he's more curious to know about her and her past and why she looks so hurt. so he starts to watch her, keep an eye out for her around town and approaches her when he can, but usually she has her boyfriend around, and while discussions between those two are heated, he's not about to get in the mix and make things worse - despite how easily he could.
her boyfriend has noticed this guy around and has started accusing her of having relations with this man and it's really taking a toll on their relationship, to where she calls it off, and moves out of their apartment. this is when that man from the highway approaches her and offers her a place to stay. she doesn't know why, but she accepts and she moves in with him and the two of them start to get to know each other, although he's leaving out everything about his life, she's spilling to him as though he's a psychiatrist and she wants him to sort it all out for her. but he cant, he's got his own problems, he's constantly on the run, he's got blood on his hands and he's not about to let himself get caught - so, when he's about to leave town, he asks her to join him, and she turns him down, despite growing feelings for him, she doesn't feel like she knows him well enough to take that risk, and instead lives in the apartment.
the boyfriend hasn't given up on her, and neither has the highway man - although highway man is out of the picture for a little while, he keeps in contact through text. the boyfriend also wants to talk to her and get her to give him another chance, but things aren't that easy and she's not sure what she's supposed to do. chances are she will end up with the highway man, because the whole idea behind him is exactly what she didn't want for her sister - and he didn't kill her when he had the chance, despite wanting to, he didn't, that'll be something that'll come up and shock the hell out of em, and scare her, especially when she finds out about his past. BUT this isn't set in stone, so don't go and find a final for your character, everything is going to depend on chemistry.
so for this plot, i don't mind which guy is which - misha collins and alexander skarsgard are the two up for grabs here, one needs to be her boyfriend and the other needs to be the highway man. they should be between 30-33 years of age, with that said as well, their main personality and history is up to you, i don't mind at all. it's a basically first in gets the first pick, and leaves the other guy to whoever takes the second. we're gonna start the plot from when they first arrive in alpine heights, and go from there - it's going to be threading, and im'ing, phone threads and what ever medium we can really decide to use. i know this is long, so i thank whoever for taking the time to read through this.
